About Our Company

Community Care Partners is committed to providing exceptional mental health services to our clients and the communities we serve. Community Care Partners was created from a need that was seen in the community, specifically the communities that do not have culturally responsive services. We currently serve individuals from East African, Arab, African American, Mexican, and South Asian communities. Our clients specifically come to Community Care Partners because of a need to be understood as an individual while also recognizing how their situation is shaped by culture and their unique lived experiences.

At Community Care Partners, we recognize the importance of culturally responsive solutions because lack of cultural understanding is a contributor to adult mental health care disparities. Community Care Partners aims to reduce these disparities by delivering cross-cultural and identity-conscious services as a way to increase access and quality of mental health care services.

10 Quarantine Activities That Don’t Involve Watching the News

Captain’s Log. Day eight of quarantine. Work has been busy; I’m grateful for the technology we have to collaborate and continue business during this time. I have walked around the block seven times today. I wonder how many days in a row I can eat frozen jalapeno poppers for lunch before it needs to be addressed. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Praesent porta justo sit amet blandit volutpat. Proin vel lacinia justo. In blandit ultricies risus a porttito…
